These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of alfredadc.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by West Walnut Hospitality LLC, doing business as Alfreda (“Alfreda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make purchases or bookings. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
3. Reservations and cancellations
Reservations are made through our reservation partner (Resy) and are subject to their terms. We may require confirmation, hold a card, or apply cancellation or no-show policies for certain bookings. Please cancel in advance if your plans change.
4. Online ordering
Online orders are placed through our ordering partner (Toast) and are subject to their terms. Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice, and we may limit or cancel orders (for example, due to product availability or errors in pricing). Pickup and delivery times are estimates.
5. Gift cards
Gift cards are sold and redeemed through Toast and are subject to their terms. Gift cards may be redeemed toward food and beverage at Alfreda and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Treat gift cards like cash — we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of a gift card.
6. Private events and catering
Event and catering inquiries submitted through the Site are requests, not confirmed bookings. Availability, menus, pricing, and terms are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. Events typically require a deposit and a signed authorization to confirm, with the balance due on the event date. Food and beverage minimums, service charges, administrative fees, and applicable taxes may apply, and deposits may be non-refundable within stated cancellation windows. The specific terms for your event are set out in your event agreement.
7. Merchandise
Merchandise is sold and fulfilled through our print partner (Printify) and is subject to their terms, including shipping timeframes and return/exchange policies. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary.
8. Pricing, availability, and menu accuracy
We work to keep menu items, prices, and information accurate, but errors can occur and offerings change. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or discontinue items and prices at any time. Food allergies and dietary needs: our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of a particular allergen. Please tell our team about allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Alfreda name, logo, wordmark, text, graphics, photographs, and design — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
10. Your content and submissions
If you submit content to us (for example, form messages, reviews, or by tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on our Site and social channels. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site integrates with and links to third-party services (including Resy, Toast, Printify, Instagram, and our chat provider). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfreda and its owners, members, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable product or service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfreda and its owners, members, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Effective date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
