- Reservations — when you book a table (through our reservation partner, Resy), you may provide your name, email, phone number, party size, and any notes or special requests.
- Online orders and gift cards — when you order online or buy a gift card (through our ordering partner, Toast), you provide your name, contact details, order details, and payment information. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers, not stored by us.
- Events and catering inquiries — when you submit our event/contact form, you provide your name, email, phone number, and details about your event (type, date, location, and message).
- Merchandise orders — when you buy merchandise (through our print partner, Printify), you provide your name, shipping address, contact details, and payment information handled by the provider.
- Communications — records of your correspondence with us, including messages sent through our website chat, email, phone, or social media.
Information we collect automatically:

- Show and measure advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram);

- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including: Resy (reservations), Toast (online ordering and gift cards), Printify (merchandise fulfillment), our website form and email delivery tools, our website hosting provider, and our customer chat provider.
- Analytics and advertising partners, including Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), which may collect information about your use of the Site through cookies and similar technologies. Sharing information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some state laws — see Section 8 for your opt-out rights.

Do Not Track — our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
